What if I don’t pick up my order?
Make sure to collect your order within the specified pickup window. If you do not pick it up in time, the store may already be closed and will have to throw it away. In either case, we unfortunately will not be able to refund your purchase.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order free of charge up to 2h before the pickup window starts. Once the pickup window started, you will unfortunately not be able to cancel anymore.
What can I do if I'm not happy with my Wonder Bag?
Ensuring the quality of vendors on GoNiña is our utmost priority, though we don't have direct control over the contents of each store's Wonder Bag. Should you be unhappy with your Wonder Bag, please contact our support for assistance and we'll do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
